Or more accurately, two Petes on two bikes and all for a great cause!
Astor-Bannerman Technical Director Pete and Welding Extraordinaire Pete are both keen cyclists and have decided to take on a very brave challenge to raise money for local Charity The National Star College.
The Star College are based in the heart of the Cotswolds and give people with varying levels of disabilities the chance to realise their full potential through personalised learning. Here at Astor-Bannerman we have supported the National Star College for many years and next month, Pete and Pete will be joining Dr Dawn Harper from Channel 4’s Embarrassing Bodies in a 100km cycle ride around the glorious Gloucestershire countryside where we are lucky to have our Head Quarters. This will help raise funds to ensure that many more young people with profound and complex needs can develop the skills they need to live more independently.
