Last week we had 5 Occupational Therapists and one student OT all from Herefordshire visit Astor-Bannerman HQ who were shown the Astor-Bannerman experience.
The Team Meeting included an overview of the Astor-Bannerman group where they got to meet our whole team see where our equipment is manufactured. The day also incorporated training on the following disability equipment,

Rio Height adjustable bath with patented Neatfold stretcher
Kiva Height adjustable extra long bath
Vanna Height adjustable bath with powered side door
Avero Height adjustable bath with MP3 music, LED lights and air spa
Syncra Standard Height adjustable bath with detachable seat and transfertrolley
A2B Overhead Ceiling Hoist
Nivano Wall mounted height adjustable disable changing table
We also had the pleasure of talking with Team Leader Jan who specified the Astor-Bannerman ABW Basin and Rio Bath which were installed as part of a major TV show to be shown later this year.
Lunch, goodie bags and training certificates were provided and future projects were discussed along with the wonders of social media, dogs and the colour white… the flapjacks and chocolate brownies also went down extremely well!
