Recently, one of our team visited a family in the North East who had contacted us about replacing their bath. While it’s not unusual for customers to return to us when their needs change, this visit uncovered a remarkable story.

After a quarter of a century of daily use, the bath was still fully operational. Aside from the changing table now needing replacement and the bath becoming a little noisier with age, it had continued to provide safe, dependable bathing every single day.
